galaco (ギャラ子) is a Japanese VOCALOID originally developed by Internet Co., Ltd. and YAMAHA Corporation, under the Stardust Music, Inc. name. Her update is a collaboration between YAMAHA & Stardust Music, Inc. only. She was offered exclusively as a competition prize in the VOCALOID Shop, and was initially released in August 2012 for the VOCALOID3 engine. The voice provider was revealed to be Kou Shibasaki (柴咲 コウ; Shibasaki Kō) who portrayed galaco in her album galaxias!.

♥ Galaco is a sorta shy and timid girl, she's a bit antisocial because she grew up in the galaxy by herself. She tries her best to make friends and be as nice as possible so she doesn't scare anyone away, she's terrified of getting in the way. Her hobbies consists of stargazing and reading by herself.
♥ Because Galaco grew up in the galaxy when she was younger, she doesn't know much about making friends. She isn't that great with starting conversations, so she kinda shuts herself out from everyone and does stuff on her own unless someone confronts her. She's very socially awkward, so it'll take a little time to getting used to.

Galaco brushed her bangs out of her face and gave him a nervous smile. "Yes, Galaco, I doooo" he whined while grabbing his own hair. "Yours is much prettier and cooler than mine! Yellow is such a boring color for hair.." he said looking down
"Galaco!" Gumi chimed, running over to her girlfriend with a grocery bag. "Do you want to bake some brownies with me?" She asked, pulling out a box of brownie mix."A-Ah, yes I would love to!" Galaco practically squealed at the sight of the box, she loves the dessert."Eheh, alrighty!"She grinned. "Let's go bake them then!"
